The Challenge is a game that requires a lot of physical agility. For those competitors who choose to go on ‘The Challenge’, most go through intense training in order to be properly prepared to compete. As we all know, muscles don’t just magically appear without hard work and that strength 100% comes in handy when you’re trying to dominate elimination rounds.
