So far on the 34th season of Survivor, we have seen tribe swaps, hidden idols, and joint Tribal Councils that have made a major impact on this season of Survivor. Now with 16 competitors remaining, it’s anyone’s game to win… or possibly lose.
This week’s episode starts on Night 11. The Nuku tribe just returned from possibly Tribal Council for the ages. Once at camp, Sandra started to call JT out for giving the plan away to the other tribe. JT felt like he didn’t have anything to lose, so he decided to come clean with what happened at Tribal Council.
On Day 12 the arguing continued as JT Didn’t like how she makes her coffee. So, to continue stirring the pot, Sandra decided to eat the sugar. Sandra even licked the jar of sugar. At the reward challenge, the tribes competed for food. For the first place tribe, they will get peanut butter & jelly sandwiches, milk, and cookies. For the second place tribe, they will only get the sandwiches. Right before the challenge, Debbie felt like she had good balance. Tavua Nuku won the challenge and the Mana tribe was left with nothing. After the reward challenge, Debbie was lobbying for Brad to be the next one to go. Also at the Nuku tribe, JT felt he controlled the game considering he found a hidden immunity idol. Over at the very successful Tavua tribe Tai found another hidden immunity idol clue after using his first idol at the last Tribal Council. Back at camp, knowing their butts were on the line, made an alliance and to keep it secret.
We know head into day 13 of the game and the tribes are now competing for the all-important immunity challenge. Right before the challenge took place, Debbie spoke her mind and let Brad know about it. Even though that happened, the Mana tribe still won immunity along with the Tavua tribe. Sending the Nuku tribe back to Tribal Council. At Tribal Council, the tinny tribe of five will soon become four. Right before the tribe cast their vote, JT and Michaela were going back and forth with one another while Jeff, Sandra, and Aubry were sitting back not saying a word. After all five members submitted their vote, JT thought about playing the idol. But he didn’t. When the votes were revealed, JT was voted out with a vote of 3-2.
Next week on Survivor: Game Changers, Jeff continues to throw several curve balls at the castaways by having a tribe switch, the return of Exile Island, and the return of a eliminated castaway? All will be revealed next week at 8/7c on CBS and the CBS app.
