Last week on Survivor: Game Changers, at a dramatic Tribal Council, Jeff Varner outed Zeke Smith for being transgender. He outed Zeke in hopes it would get him farther in the game. Unfortunately, his tribe turned their backs on him and voted him out because of the move. Since that iconic incident took place, Jeff and Zeke have both gone to Counseling. In a video Varner made, he said that he supports the LGBT community as well as the transgender community. He also said he hopes that he can help Zeke in whatever he needs.
In another development, Varner ex-employer speaks out on why he ended the relationship with Varner.
“The Allen Tate Companies were built on core values of honesty, integrity, and respect,” Allen Tate Real Estate CEO Pat Riley said in a statement to ET on Sunday. “Those fundamental beliefs led us to end our relationship with Mr. Varner, a real estate agent who had become affiliated with our firm just 17 days earlier.”
Do you think it was right for him to lose his job? Should he have gotten fired?
