It’s not like she couldn’t afford a taxi or the all too popular Uber everyone is using these days to get around. Nope, this 22-year old daughter of the ‘Real Housewives Of New York’s ex-Countess decided that getting in a car and operating it while intoxicated was a good idea. Victoria de Lesseps is now in a whole lot of legal trouble, stemming from her arrest on April 7th after being pulled over in Sag Harbor, New York, drunk. Victoria made the conscious decision to get in her $100,000 Land Rover, shortly after midnight and began driving without her headlights on.
She took a breathalyzer and blew a .15 which is almost twice the legal limit under the law. Her mother, LuAnn D’Agostino hired attorney Edward Blake who, “Looks forward to defending her vigorously in court.” The East Hampton Star reported de Lesseps was released the following day after spending the night in jail. Court is scheduled for May 5th. Good luck with that. Maybe in this case, money can’t buy you a pass.
