Derick, Jill (Duggar) Dillard’s hubby, who is also a reality star, posted a strange statement on his personal Twitter site this past Wednesday evening – he was condemning and attacking the celeb,”Tomi Lahren” who just happens to be a transgender on the popular TV series called, “I Am Jazz.” Then, Derick decided to retweet another post which was sent out via Twitter by the Duggar’s reality TV show network, “TLC” (which is the same network that airs the TV series that Derick also is a star of – and, to be completely honest) however, the tweet was criticizing TLC for their decision to advocate a TV show which would allow a transgender to be a part of. When will people realize that no matter what your sexuality is – discrimination is against the law?! This particular series revolves around a character by the name of “Jazz Jennings,” who is at the very young age of 16 – and, when Jazz was born, “he” was born as a male, however, for the last several years, “he” has lived his life as a young woman.
What an oxymoron… a “reality” show which follows a non-reality. “Transgender” is a myth. Gender is not fluid; it’s ordained by God. https://t.co/YxzH5o5Ujx

“What an oxymoron… a ‘reality’ show which follows a non-reality,” Derick, who is married to Jill Duggar, wrote on top of TLC’s promo tweet, which featured a photo of Jazz. “‘Transgender’ is a myth. Gender is not fluid; it’s ordained by God.”
As one would imagine – that tweet started a heated conversation and sure enough, Derick was caught in the cross fire, and, even though it was only 30 minutes of heated and nasty comments being shot at him on Twitter, he tried his best to explain what he meant in that tweet (however, no matter what he said, it just continued to get a lot worse from there.)
“I want to be clear,” Derick tweeted. “I have nothing against him. I only have issue with the words and definitions being propagated here.”
Derick’s Twitter account was flooded with comments from other people who also have accounts – and, well they were not one bit happy concerning the fact that he decided to say ‘he’ which is a pronoun when he was trying to describe the show “Jazz” although ‘she’ has used that same word throughout the last ten plus years or so.
“*her. You wouldn’t like someone using the wrong pronoun with you,” as someone posted in a reply to the post. “Please at least try and be respectful if you have nothing against her. “I love the way you put ‘him’ just to put some extra disrespect and hate in your statement,” another person tweeted. “Very godly.”
Luckily, Derick does have some friends out there who also commented and replied to his Twitter post – but, sadly the majority of those who did reply to his tweet were very “ugly” comments, for lack of a better word. And, yet others went as far as to criticize Derick for allowing himself to earn a living by having a starring role in his in-laws reality show, which just happens to air on TLC, taking into consideration that the TLC network does in fact air quite a bit of TV shows which include people whose values are very much the opposite from what Derick Dillard and his wife, Jill Duggar’s entire brood believe in.
“Very hypocritical of your family to profit from a network which airs content against your beliefs. Don’t like it? Don’t associate with it,” one person told Derick. “Attacking a child. Grow up, Derick. You’re not in high school anymore,” as one more follower stated.
We should also point out the fact that this isn’t the very first time that a person who is connected in some way with those crazy Duggar’s has made their voice heard loud and clear, regarding their disrespect for any persons who are transgender. Just two years ago – during the year of 2015, Michelle, Derick Dillard’s mother-in-law actually spent a lot of time making those nasty robocalls that everyone hates to receive – this was her way of trying to “entice” local residents who live in Arkansas, to place a NO vote regarding any type of “anti-discrimination” legislation which would help enable lawmakers to make the right choices when it came to making those tough decisions regarding the protection of anyone who is a transgender, which includes both males, as well as females.
Those robocalls that Michelle made herself really set off a huge amount of outrage and rightfully so during that time, and those tweets that Derick sent out on Wednesday evening of this past week didn’t help one bit – it just created the same issue. Certain people were so upset, they acted like wild animals when replying to Derick – who, as we all know is Jill Duggar’s husband and son-in-law to Michelle Duggar.
Naughty boy Derick Dillard! You never send out tweets regarding anyone’s gender, no matter what the issue is.
