“Dance Moms” Abby Lee Miller to be Sentenced in January on Fraud Conviction
Abby Lee Miller will have her day in court in January 20, 2017 to be sentenced on a fraud conviction regarding her bankruptcy case. Originally, the sentencing was supposed to take place on October 22, but was postponed because of a scheduling conflict with the government’s attorney.
Abby pled guilty to one count of not reporting an international monetary transaction and one count of concealing bankruptcy assets and could get up to 30 months in prison. Abby was first charged with 20 counts of fraud and pled guilty under a plea deal on two charges. She may also have to pay fines of up to 5 million dollars as the government counsel had previously recommended.
