“Dance Moms”: Abby Lee Miller Plans Nixed by Judge!

Since quitting her popular show, “Dance Mom’s”, Abby Lee Miller has been peddling a new TV show featuring her Mini Team, comprised of either her original team and/or some of the children remaining on DM. Not sure exactly what the scripted show is supposedly about; but have some of the dancers may have supernatural powers. Or maybe it has a Buffy, the Vampire Slayer-style and the girls fight the forces of evil while performing a jazz routine. So far, no takers.

In the meantime, what’s an ex-reality dance teacher to do? Especially one with a pending court date for sentencing in her fraud case. Why, go on tour to spill about the tea, of course! Advertisement for the events read, “Want to find out why she really left the production company after 7 seasons, 6 years, and over 500 routines? Then don’t miss this exciting Q&A with the Dance Instructor known world-wide from Lifetime Television’s smash hit, “Dance Mom’s, Abby Lee Miller”. The show’s scheduled for $65.00 and was set for Brooklyn and New Jersey Easter weekend. But, the shows were cancelled with no reschedule date, due to “uncontrollable circumstances.”

Those “circumstances” are the judge presiding over her case, Chief Judge Joy Flowers Conti. “For the court to consider the Motion to Travel, the court would require a hearing. Due to the late filing of the motion, there is insufficient time for the court to hold a hearing. The motion is DENIED.”

Miller’s sentencing was originally scheduled for January 24, 2017 is now scheduled for May 8, 2017.
